I've migrated almost all of the old content (some has been shed) and updated it with the developments of the last 3 years. The section about Risk Factions is intentionally left blank until the game ships.

The website is now live on the server, I'm steadily migrating over all the old content and will soon be adding new things.

For the first time, having no longer the time to develop my own CMS, I am using an off-the-shelf CMS called textpattern which is a very elegant if a little bare-bones CMS, which unlike other, sleeker but heavier CMSs (like Joomla) doesn't isolate you from the actual code of the website and hence is much easier to develop and extend.

I'm working on a new website - I've got it up locally for now. The first section I've done is as it has always been the Daggerfall Music section which I always start with to make sure it never disappears. I've been hosting these files for many years and I still get hits on them now and again so I want them to be accessible reliably irrespective of my own website's upgrades and renovations.

I'm quiting my job at Stainless after over 2 years of working here. It've had a great time working with some wonderful people but living on the Isle of Wight is getting to me. I'll redo the whole website soon. I'm also switching careers - from artist to programmer... or, if I'm lucky, technical artist.
